In your situation, the survivor and depending on what is left..if it only involved what RR had contributed and your home, it should go to all of the children equally. However, knowing that you had received an ample inheritance from your own mother that would probably be the main source of savings and have a struggling son who had already caught the short end from one parent, I'd be mindful of his situation with any liquid assets that might be left and he would get the lions share. The joint properties and holdings to RR's children which in my mind would be a fairly equitable distribution today. Circumstances might change if someone winds up a caretaker in the future. As far as rescues etc. that come to mind, a generous idea but they would only be a consideration if there was no one in the family who needed or could use a boost.
