Re: The big one and the west coast...... Carol
My opinion: I have a Revocable Living Trust that divides my estate equally between my two kids. Occasionally, when feeling a little hurt and a little resentful that my kids occasionally ignore me, I think about changing some of the provisions in my Trust. I don't do it because of outrageous lawyer's fees and because I'm basically kind of lazy. But here's the most important reason: When I die, the whole world dies with me. It just doesn't matter who gets what. What happens after I'm gone has no effect on me and I don't spend much time thinking about it. Why bother? Life is for the living and I'm gone. And that's one man's opinion.
